Truffle Hunting
Simone, born in Lunigiana, is an Environmental Hiker Guide and for over 15 years he has been dedicated to the search for truffles.
Together with his dogs Tito, Kira and Astor, the main actors of the research, every morning at dawn they set out to venture into the woods in search of the prized truffle.
If you want to experience too the unique thrill of going out with Simone and his dogs, you can participate in one of his guided excursions in search of truffles and porcini mushrooms in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, specifically in the woods of the upper Lunigiana.
